Trinity Worm is a trinket added in The Reheated Update.
Effects
- +0.4 tears.
- +12.5 range.
- Tears become spectral.
- Tears move in a trajectory similar to the shape of a triquetra, or 'Holy Trinity' — tears fly forward before arcing back and flying behind Isaac, first to his left then to his right.
Interactions
Trinket Multipliers: Stat boosts scale with the amount of trinket multipliers.
Brimstone: No effect.
Mom's Knife: No effect.
Dr. Fetus: No effect.
Tractor Beam: Cancels out Trinity Worm's effect on the tears' path, as tears will remain in a straight line.
Eye of the Occult: Tears will travel in a wavy line at an angle as they are controlled.
Azurite Spindown: Using Azurite Spindown on Trinity Worm rerolls it into 
Swallowed M90.

- A triquetra is a triangular figure composed of interlacing arcs. The triquetra has historically been used in insular art of the post-Roman era on the British Isles, and has been interpreted as representing the Christian Holy Trinity.
